We'd essentially given up on buying a house we wanted after talking w a few other mortgage brokers. The realtor in our efforts referred us to Landon at Mortgage Mint and he somehow had better rates than the big guys and got us from initial conversation to closing in under 3 weeks!
During the underwriting he gave daily updates and let me know what to expect with a rough timeline. When our appraisal didn't turn out well, he quickly dug up comps and is the first person I've worked with who got an appraisal amended.
