I have worked with Landon a few times now for a couple home loans and refinancing. He is by far the best! Not only is he always available no matter what time of day, but he does a wonderful job at explaining everything in ways that are understandable. I heard about Landon through a friend of mine. In my case I was selling and buying a new home. The amount of service, detail, and information he provides is second to none. I don't know how he has the time but whenever I had a question or, concerns he was always there to explain EVERYTHING about my loan. I can't thank him enough for making this process as smooth as possible. When my wife had a concern about some of the process he spoke to both of us going through everything line by line making sure we were comfortable with the entire process. We'd essentially given up on buying a house we wanted after talking w a few other mortgage brokers. The realtor in our efforts referred us to Landon at Mortgage Mint and he somehow had better rates than the big guys and got us from initial conversation to closing in under 3 weeks!
During the underwriting he gave daily updates and let me know what to expect with a rough timeline. When our appraisal didn't turn out well, he quickly dug up comps and is the first person I've worked with who got an appraisal amended.
Landon was fantastic to work with and when we refinance or look for another loan in the future we'll go to him first.

Landon was super knowledgeable and very easy to work with. He is very transparent, doesn't hide anything and looks out for your best interest.
